My wife and I went to Cafe Nuba with a friend. The restaurant has a nice ambience, although we were tucked in an alcove where it was a bit noisy. Food was excellent. We shared some hummus and pita bread. We tried the roasted cauliflower and found it to be delicious. The menu lends itself to sharing and we had lamb starters - Lamb Hushwie and Lamb Kibbeh and my wife had the Stuffed eggplant. It was all very tasty! We were so full that dessert was not an option but I noticed some baklava that looked tempting.

Reasonable price and good value for money. Caesar salad is OK. Club sandwich is typical (ingredients) but well done, coffee is unlimited, above average, very good, will come again

The chocolate cake here is very famous in Vancouver, so I came here to pack the cake and go back to the hotel to eat. Four can be packed in a box. The price is slightly more and there is a little discount.

On the Olympic Village Square, one side facing Fuxi is Tap &amp; Barrel, and the other side is another big restaurant. Looking like a big red warehouse (it is actually the landmark of Fuxi), beer, chicken wings, hamburgers, etc.

I eat at Nuba a few times a week. The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy. While the service can be iffy sometimes, the food is always well-prepared. The staff is usually able to accommodate special requests. The vegetables are grilled to perfection and the variety of outstanding dishes makes it difficult to decide. That&#39;s why the &quot;La Feast&quot; is a wonderful choice. It&#39;s a vegetarian sharing plate that is more than enough for two. I also enjoy the Lamb Hushwie and the Falafel. Pretty well everything on the menu is great. Don&#39;t miss out on Najib&#39;s Special - deep fried cauliflower. Sometimes they have the organic Malbec available and it is a great pairing with the delicious spiciness of the Lebanese style food. Try it. You&#39;ll like it!

Family members who live in town took us here for a late lunch on Sunday. Mediterranean/Lebanese food. Very healthy - no sodas here. Fresh pressed juices and hand-made coffees. Interesting choices. Vegetarian options. Lunch platters were very generous and delicious. All four of us licked our plates clean. Pleasant staff. We will check out the other locations later this month.

Do not be put off by the look of the place (no tablecloths, cafeteria style decor) the food is absolutely delicious and the staff fantastic and friendly. If you want a quieter dinning experience go early, it became very busy and noisy around 7 p.m. Highly recommended neighbourhood gem.
